What is WePayAll?
WePayAll is an online payment service that makes it easy for anyone to send or collect money using the WePayAll web site. WePayAll lets you exchange money quickly, safely, and easily over the Internet using a major credit card.

Here are just some of the ways you can use WePayAll for online payments:

  • Reimburse your friends.
  • Get paid for items you sell at auction.
  • Chip in for shared gifts.
  • Collect organization dues.
  • Ask your friends for money they owe you.
  • Get reimbursed for vacation rentals or party expenses.

When will I receive my $10?
As soon as you sign up, WePayAll will automatically deposit $10 in your account. You will then be sent an email asking you to activate your account by clicking on a link in the email. You must activate your account to withdraw this bonus.

How do I earn money telling my friends about WePayAll?
To encourage WePayAll users to tell their friends about our new payment service, we're offering $5 for each referral that results in a new sign up. .

How do I send money to someone?
Sending money is easy. Just follow these steps:

  • Enter the name and email address of your recipient.
  • Enter the amount you would like to send. If you wish, you can add a personal message.
  • Click Continue. We will ask you to verify the information you have entered.
  • Click Send. We will send email to your recipient notifying him or her that you have sent money. (Before you can complete a transaction, we will ask you to sign up or sign in to WePayAll if you have not yet done so.)

How do I request money from someone?
Requesting money is easy. Just follow these steps:

  • Enter the name and email address of your recipient.
  • Enter the amount you would like to request. If you wish, you can add a personal message.
  • Click Continue. We will ask you to verify the information you have entered.
  • Click Send. We will send email to your recipient notifying them that you have requested money. (Before sending your email, we will ask you to sign up or sign in, if you have not yet done so.)

Can I have multiple WePayAll accounts?
No. Users are only allowed to have one WePayAll account. However, you can add additional email addresses and other personal information in the Options section of your account pages

What should I do if I'm having problems signing up?
Please use the checklist below to troubleshoot the problem.

Have you left any required fields blank?
Please enter the missing information and click Continue.

Do you already have an account with WePayAll?
For security reasons, we allow you to have only one WePayAll account. We will verify that you are not signing up an additional account.

Is all your credit card information correct?
For security reasons, we check that the credit card information you enter exactly matches the information that appears on your bill. If you are unsure of this information, please verify it on your most recent credit card statement.

Is your credit card expired, canceled, or suspended?
The bank will prevent us from submitting a credit card that is expired, canceled, or suspended. Please re-enter your information using a valid credit card. If you continue to have problems, please contact your bank.

Have you tried to enter your information several times, with unsuccessful results?
For security reasons, we prevent you from making numerous unsuccessful attempts at registering credit card information. If you are sure your information is accurate and you have verified with your bank that your card is neither expired nor suspended, please contact our customer support.

Have you verified that none of the above problems exist, but you are still unable to register?
Occasionally, your bank's credit card system is busy and will prevent successful validation of your card. If you believe this has occurred, please try again later.

Can I sign up for WePayAll if I am outside of the U.S.?
No. WePayAll is currently available to U.S. residents only. In August 2000, we will begin offering WePayAll to international users.

How long does it take to get my money?
If you withdraw money via check, we will send your check in 5 to 7 days. It may take additional time depending on the mail. If you withdraw money via credit card, we will process the transaction immediately. It will usually appear in your account in 2 days. However, it may take up to 7 days depending on your bank.

What if I sent money to an incorrect email?
If you have mistyped the recipient's e-mail address when sending money, the money will be automatically refunded to your account when it remains unclaimed for 15 days. If you received an error email saying that a user at that e-mail address couldn't be found, you have nothing to worry about and your money will automatically be refunded.

What if I have additional questions?
